What to send us
Include these and we can usually help without asking again:
- Your sensor ID, printed on the sensor.
- Your meter number.
- A short description of what you see, and when it started.
- A photo of the sensor on the meter, with the pulse light visible.
- For a wrong-usage problem, the units shown on your meter display and the time you read them.
